Adolf Hitler is likely to have been descended from both Jews and Africans, according to DNA tests.

Samples taken from relatives of the Nazi leader show that he is biologically linked to the ‘sub-human’ races he sought to exterminate.

Journalist Jean-Paul Mulders and historian Marc Vermeeren used DNA to track down 39 of the Fuhrer’s relatives earlier this year.

They included an Austrian farmer revealed only as a cousin called Norbert H.

A Belgian news magazine has reported that samples of saliva taken from these people strongly suggest Hitler had antecedents he certainly would not have cared for.

A chromosome called Haplopgroup E1b1b (Y-DNA) in their samples is rare in Germany and indeed Western Europe.

‘It is most commonly found in the Berbers of Morocco, in Algeria, Libya and Tunisia as well as among Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews,’ Mr Vermeeren said.

‘One can from this postulate that Hitler was related to people whom he despised,’ adds Mr Mulders in the magazine, Knack.

Haplogroup E1b1b1, which accounts for approximately 18 to 20 per cent of Ashkenazi and 8.6 per cent to 30 per cent of Sephardic Y-chromosomes, appears to be one of the major founding lineages of the Jewish population.

‘This is a surprising result,’ said Ronny Decorte, a genetic specialist who agreed that Hitler probably did have some roots in North Africa.

‘It is difficult to predict, what happens with this information, both to opponents and supporters of Hitler,’ he added.

The magazine says the DNA was tested under stringent laboratory conditions to obtain the results.

It is not the first time that historians have suggested Hitler had Jewish ancestry.

His father, Alois, is thought to have been the illegitimate offspring of a maid called Maria Schickelgruber and a 19-year-old Jewish man called Frankenberger.

This would have made the man who inspired the Holocaust one-quarter Jewish.

Reports have suggested that Hitler’s nephew, Patrick, tried to blackmail his uncle over the issue of Alois Hitler’s parentage. Hitler asked his lawyer, Hans Frank, to investigate the claims and he announced just before the outbreak of the Second World War that they were ‘without any foundation’.

‘Hitler would not have been pleased about this,’ added Mr Decorte, of the Catholic University of Leuven.

‘The affair is fascinating if one compares it with the conception of the world of the Nazis, in which race and blood was central.

‘Hitler’s concern over his descent was not unjustified. He was apparently not “pure” or “Ayran”.’

DNA was also taken from American Alexander Stuart-Houston, 61, a grand-nephew of Hitler.

He was trailed for seven days before he dropped a used serviette which Mulders said led him to the cousin in Austria – and the link with Hitler’s sworn enemies.

Three teens who were on a 69-name hit list posted on Facebook have been killed in the past 10 days in a southwestern Colombian town, officials say.

Police say they do not know who posted the list or why the names are on it.

“It is still not clear,” Colombian national police spokesman Wilson Baquero told CNN. “This is part of the investigation.”

But officials note that a criminal gang known as Los Rastrojos and a Marxist guerrilla group called the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia operate in the area.

The hit list on Facebook, which was posted August 17, gave the people named three days to leave the town of Puerto Asis or be executed, said Volmar Perez Ortiz, a federal official whose title is defender of the public.

Police at first thought the posting was a joke, Perez said in a statement issued Saturday. But the publication of a second list with 31 additional names led authorities to convene a special security meeting Friday, Perez said.

The posting of the lists and the meetings occurred after the first two killings, which took place August 15, Perez said.

On that day, officials say, 16-year-old student Diego Ferney Jaramillo and 17-year-old CD retailer Eibart Alejandro Ruiz Munoz were shot and killed while riding a motorcycle on the road between Puerto Asis and the town of Puerto Caicedo.

Both their names were later found on the first published hit list.

Also on the list was Norbey Alexander Vargas, 19, who was killed August 20, Perez said. Another young man, 16-year-old student Juan Pablo Zambrano Anacona, was wounded in the same incident when he gave chase to the assassins, Perez said.

Colombian media said Monday the number of those threatened has grown and panic has overtaken Puerto Asis, with some parents sending their children out of town because their names are on the Facebook notice.

The names of 31 women were posted on the other list, said Radio RCN, semana.com and other news outlets.

Residents have been overcome with “panic and anxiety,” several news outlets quoted Putumayo state official Andres Gerardo Verdugo as saying.

Several of those residents posted their concerns on Twitter, an online messaging site.

“Panic in Puerto Asis, Putumayo, because of threats against young people,” wrote a user who goes by JuanSepulvedah. “Our youth must be protected.”

Someone who posted under the name JulianEco brought up the Facebook connection.

“The situation in Puerto Asis is tenacious, that a social site be used to add fire to the Colombian conflict,” the post said.

Twitter user hugoparragomez likened the situation to the drug-fueled crime waves in other Colombian cities.

“What is happening in Puerto Asis, Putumayo, is grave, the same as in Medellin,” the tweet said. “Authorities should take control of the situation. Who is investigating?”

Still others inflated the death count.

“In Puerto Asis they have killed 20 young people threatened on Facebook and the authorities have not said anything,” wrote jesusmhenriquez “That is Colombia.”

Federal officials say they are taking the threats seriously and have sent investigators from Bogota, the nation’s capital, to Puerto Asis. Internet experts are among the investigators assigned to the case.

Authorities also are offering a reward of 5 million pesos (around $2,750) for information on the killings.

Perez, the federal defender of the public, noted that the Los Rastrojos criminal gang is active in Puerto Asis, “executing violent actions, resolving community conflicts, imposing living and conduct norms, intimidating and meting punishment against … drug sellers and consumers, sex workers, people with criminal and unlawful histories and threatening social leaders, business people, taxi drivers and motorcycle taxi drivers.”

Perez said the Marxist guerrillas, commonly known as the FARC, also are active in the remote area, which borders Ecuador.

Two Facebook representatives did not return a message Tuesday asking for comment.

The Hindenburg Omen reared its ugly head late last week, signaling more doom and gloom as stocks plod along amid the dog days of summer.

The Omen, a technical indicator which uses a plethora of data to foreshadow a stock-market crash, was tripped again on Friday, marking the second time since Aug. 12 it has occurred. (It also came close on Thursday, but one of its criteria fell short.)

The latest trigger has prompted the Omen’s creator, Jim Miekka, to exit the market. “I’m taking it seriously and I’m fully out of the market now,” Miekka, a blind mathematician, said in a telephone interview from his home in Surry, Maine. “I would’ve probably stayed in until the beginning of September,” depending on how the indicators varied. “That was my basic plan, until the Hindenburg came along.”

The Omen has been behind every market crash since 1987, but significant stock-market declines have followed only 25% of the time. So there’s a high likelihood that the Omen could be nothing more than a false signal.

But that isn’t stopping Miekka from taking any chances, especially as September, typically the market’s worst-performing month, sits only one week away.

“It’s sort of like a funnel cloud,” he said. “It doesn’t mean it’s going to crash, but it’s a high probability. You don’t get a tornado without a funnel cloud.” He added he’s not currently shorting anything, although he may look to short Nasdaq stock index futures in the next few weeks, “depending on how the technicals go.”

Despite the ominous forecast, there are some glimmers of hope. Miekka doesn’t expect to sit on the sidelines for very long. In fact, Miekka, who is an avid target shooter despite being blind, is looking at put volumes and various moving averages that will offer clues of when he will start buying again.

“With what we have now, I think it’s possible we could get a 20% decline going into the fall,” Miekka said. “But I would expect some type of selloff and be buying at a lower price.”

Almost every bank listed on the NYSE carries a bond portfolio somewhere between 15 and 30 percent of their entire balance sheet, and have for years, going back far beyond the past 25 years of our research, a period of time when the Hindenburg Omen worked just fine, thank you very much. Bond and other fixed income products are prevalent throughout the distribution of companies listed NYSE, and have been for years. This Omen has worked for at least the past 25 years. It accurately called the stock market crashes of 2007 and 2008 when the NYSE included many stocks holding significant positions in fixed income instruments. It does not matter. Our entire economy has essentially moved from a manufacturing base to a financial base. This makes the Hindenburg Omen relevant. I would not ignore this potential stock market crash warning. I personally do not like the odds at all.

Nearly 60 years ago, a French town was hit by a sudden outbreak of hallucinations, which left five people dead and many seriously ill. For years it was blamed on bread contaminated with a psychedelic fungus – but that theory is now being challenged.

Leon says he would prefer to die than endure the 1951 events again

On 16 August 1951, postman Leon Armunier was doing his rounds in the southern French town of Pont-Saint-Esprit when he was suddenly overwhelmed by nausea and wild hallucinations.

“It was terrible. I had the sensation of shrinking and shrinking, and the fire and the serpents coiling around my arms,” he remembers.

Leon, now 87, fell off his bike and was taken to the hospital in Avignon.

He was put in a straitjacket but he shared a room with three teenagers who had been chained to their beds to keep them under control.

“Some of my friends tried to get out of the window. They were thrashing wildly… screaming, and the sound of the metal beds and the jumping up and down… the noise was terrible.

“I’d prefer to die rather than go through that again.”

Over the coming days, dozens of other people in the town fell prey to similar symptoms.

Doctors at the time concluded that bread at one of the town’s bakeries had become contaminated by ergot, a poisonous fungus that occurs naturally on rye.

Biological warfare

That view remained largely unchallenged until 2009, when an American investigative journalist, Hank Albarelli, revealed a CIA document labelled: “Re: Pont-Saint-Esprit and F.Olson Files. SO Span/France Operation file, inclusive Olson. Intel files. Hand carry to Belin – tell him to see to it that these are buried.”

F. Olson is Frank Olson, a CIA scientist who, at the time of the Pont St Esprit incident, led research for the agency into the drug LSD.
David Belin, meanwhile, was executive director of the Rockefeller Commission created by the White House in 1975 to investigate abuses carried out worldwide by the CIA.

Albarelli believes the Pont-Saint-Esprit and F. Olson Files, mentioned in the document, would show – if they had not been “buried” – that the CIA was experimenting on the townspeople, by dosing them with LSD.

The conclusion drawn at the time was that one of the town’s bakeries, the Roch Briand, was the source of the poisoning. It’s possible, Albarelli says, that LSD was put in the bread.

It is well known that biological warfare scientists around the world, including some in Britain, were experimenting with LSD in the early 1950s – a time of conflict in Korea and an escalation of Cold War tensions.

Albarelli says he has found a top secret report issued in 1949 by the research director of the Edgewood Arsenal, where many US government LSD experiments were carried out, which states that the army should do everything possible to launch “field experiments” using the drug.

The local hospital where some of the victims were taken in 1951 has been closed.

Using Freedom of Information legislation, he also got hold of another CIA report from 1954.

In it an agent reported his conversation with a representative of the Sandoz Chemical company in Switzerland.

Sandoz’s base, which is just a few hundred kilometres from Pont-Saint-Esprit, was the only place where LSD was being produced at that time.

The agent reports that after several drinks, the Sandoz representative abruptly stated: “The Pont-Saint-Esprit ‘secret’ is that it was not the bread at all… It was not grain ergot.”

‘Wrong symptoms’

But American academic Professor Steven Kaplan, who published a book in 2008 on the Pont-Saint-Esprit incident, insists that neither ergot nor LSD could have been responsible.

Ergot contamination would not, he says, have affected only one sack of grain in one bakery, as was claimed here. The outbreak would have been far more widespread.

He rules out LSD on the grounds that the symptoms people suffered, though similar, do not quite fit the drug.

He also points out that it would have not have survived the fierce temperatures of the baker’s oven – though Albarelli counters that it could have been added to the bread after baking.

While they disagree on the cause of the hallucinations, on one point they are united – the need for a French government inquiry to get to the bottom of what really happened in Pont-Saint-Esprit all those years ago.

Web of Deceipt

On April 28, 2010 video footage appeared claiming to show Atlantean artifacts being secretly loaded on to a low loader by a heavy forklift vehicle around 2am that morning. Those who promoted this video as evidence of a conspiracy at Giza urged everyone to link it to their webpage or website since the cameraman, a foreign national, was now on the run and in fear of his life. Why ? Because he had donned an Egyptian uniform and snuck into a “compound” to capture this unique piece of film footage.

The night time video is just over 5 minutes, 30 seconds long and mostly centred on an area of the plateau in darkness. You see three fixed lights in a horizontal line and other lights moving slowly around just off to their right. Eventually, you can make out a piece of plant machinery, a heavy forklift or something similar, with two bright headlights, that is seen maneuvering about.

The soundtrack to the video gives the impression of construction work taking place in the vicinity of the nocturnal activity. Yet, clearly, it is not original to the video, for it consists of five repeated cycles of ambient noises, each one 1 minute, 6 seconds in length. Those behind the video claim they messed around with its audio in order to protect the uniformed cameraman, whose voice features on the original soundtrack.

Soundtrack is “Misleading”

Since the nocturnal activity captured on video was an estimated 220 yards (200 metres) distance from the cameraman, then it becomes clear that there is something wrong with the accompanying soundtrack (as presented on the sites of whose who are promoting this video as evidence of a conspiracy at Giza). As previously stated, it is composed of five looped segments of ambient noises that give the impression of construction work occurring in the proximity of the nocturnal activity. Even though it would be possible to capture the drone of plant machinery operating at such a distance, the ambient noises heard are not consistent with them occurring in the same vicinity as the nocturnal activity.

So what really did the unknown cameraman film on the plateau during the early hours of April 28, 2010? The most likely explanation is that he witnessed construction work taking place in advance of the Cairo leg of the Red Bull X-fighters World Tour, held in front of the Sphinx on May 14, 2010. The manmade jumps and seating stands for this spectacular FMX (“freestyle motor cross”) event were positioned in the precise same area as the nocturnal activity captured on video. Indeed, the Red Bull team actually incorporated the road loop into the design of their temporary stadium.

The jumps erected by the Red Bull team in the period leading up to the X-Fighters event of May 14, 2010, are located in the same area as the nocturnal activity filmed on April 28, 2010.

The Red Bull team erected numerous structures in front of the Sphinx Temple, included scaffolding platforms, tall lighting towers and large portals supporting banners and signs. It is work that would have taken place night and day in the weeks leading up to the event. Perhaps the loud bang heard coming from the plateau at 10am on April 28 was a large piece of the design crashing to the ground.

If all this is correct, then the video footage being spun as dramatic evidence of a dark conspiracy at Giza is not what it seems. Nor can this nocturnal activity have anything to do with the discovery to the southeast of the Sphinx of a 100-feet (30-metre) deep shaft cut into the bedrock, which some have speculated might be connected with the search for the fabled Hall of Records. Like the significance of the secret diggings video filmed during the early hours of April 28, 2010, such speculations are groundless, as are claims that a conspiracy is afoot at Giza.

The above photo was snapped in Leshan, Sichuan Province, at around 8 in the evening on July 26. The photographer, Lu Shan, described the scene to the Tianshan Morning Post, which put the image on today’s front page:

He said that the unidentified luminous objects appeared in the west and seemed to the eye to be roughly 20-50 meters in diameter. For ten minutes, they moved at the slow speed of around 1 meter per minute from the southern part of the building to the north, decreasing in radius until they disappeared. “At the end, it was like a sunset. The light became warm like the setting sun.”

Observers called them UFOs, but one expert consulted by the newspaper suggested a natural explanation: a “sun dog” (also known as a parhelion), a halo around the sun caused by refraction of sunlight through atmospheric ice crystals, often looks like three suns hanging in the sky.

Yet sun dogs appear on the same vertical plane as the sun itself, not in the triangular configuration shown in the photo. Professor Wang Sichao of the Purple Mountain Observatory told the newspaper, “this phenomenon is fairly peculiar” and will require comparing other photographs before it can be confidently identified.

Update (2010.08.05): The newspaper, which went with more solar phenomena for its front page today (an assault from sunspots), has an uninformative update asking eyewitnesses to contact the observatory.

The importance of that symbol seem to have been reckognized as Rihanna re-enacts it in all of her shows. Sitting on a phallic cannon, Rihanna wears a Mickey Mouse hat which symbolizes mind control.

I just wanted to give the heads up to everyone here that the crowd over at 4chan (Anonymous) will be attempting a mass UFO sighting “troll” soon. In the coming days, they plan to report to as many media outlets as they can sightings of triangular shaped craft emitting a blue hue. If you hear of such reports, or reports of “tri-force” shaped craft (think Legend of Zelda, and the three triangles stacked into a pyramid), then you’ll know that it was most likely just an elaborate internet hoax.

Edit: I’ll just write out what was in the message here:

On the 8th we will be the masterminds behind what is perhaps the greatest extra terrestrial hoax in history. This will be executed any time after 1:00pm, but not after 1:45pm. It is a worldwide /b/ operation. At the stated time you will call any tabloid you can (radio, tv, etc) and claim to see a “mysterious triangle floating in the sky”. Research suggests that there has been a rise in triangle-UFO reportings, and this fits well. The tri-force is our basic description, but do not describe it to be exactly like tri-force! Details such as a “blue aura” should be used.

Only if you are an advanced troller and know how to get away with calling emergency services, should you do so. If you have to Google this, then do not call emergency services. At all.

Anon reminds that this is a world wide operation, check times relevant to your country. Discuss for further details.

Get Christians involved by referring to the Bible. Apparently, Isaiah 8:8 states: “It will spill into Judah, flooding and engulfing, as it reaches to the necks of it’s victims. he will spread his wings out over your entire land.”

Use it, say that “it was written”.

I found this item on eBay this morning…anybody have information on this? I posted the owner’s item description below:

For all you believers out there, this is the closest thing you will ever find to proof that flying saucers do exist.

Here is what I can say for sure….

This model was produced by Boeing in Seattle and was acquired from the remnants of Boeing surplus.

It was sold by a disgruntled employee who was told to get it off his desk because it was a safety hazard, (that’s Boeing for you).

Construction appears to be carbon fiber with a solid brass base used for all custom Boeing prototype models.

My contacts at Boeing is an engineer responsible for a certain aspect of testing (1 of 3) at Boeing and who possessed a national security clearance refused to confirm or deny the existence of an actual prototype.

Internet searches provided very curiously similar construction photographs, reportedly of a heat shield.

The saucer call letters correspond to a user name in German active in aeronautical news groups as does the Lauda Air insignia. (the latter fact seemed to make my contact squirm a little in his chair when I told him)

That is all I know, you be the judge…but it sounds like part of a military industrial complex conspiracy to me.
